Behind the Scenes at Absolute- Internal Promotion Announcement

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of two important members of the Absolute team: Tom Hare and Will Snaith.

Tom joined Absolute 5 years ago as a Project Manager. From here, he advanced to Senior PM, Head of Project Delivery, and now Operations Director.

With over 18 years of experience in installing commercial fits and exhibition stands, Tom is able to deal with every aspect of compliancy that comes with Project Management and he has successfully delivered over 150 projects.

With strong communication and leadership skills, Tom always ensures that the job is done to the highest standards within the often tight deadlines.

Will joined the company 3 years ago as a Business Development Manager, advancing firstly to become our Sales Lead and eventually our Sales Director.

Beginning his career in high end shop fitting, Will moved into the world of commercial design and build in 2019, and has worked with a huge range of businesses from high street retailers, to FTSE250 companies.

With strong communication and management skills, Will has a well-rounded knowledge of how creating engaging environments elevates businesses and the people within them.

His background in business gives him an overall understanding of how to improve the company culture, and his ability to motivate the team has led to his continued success at Absolute.

Both Tom and Will bring a wealth of experience to Absolute and we are excited about their new roles at the company!
