Absolute Welcomes Lucy Fattorini as Project Administrator / Customer Support

Absolute is excited to announce that Lucy Fattorini has joined the family as Project Admin / Customer Support, a role that will boost our customers relations and support our project management and sales team.

Lucy started gaining experience in administration straight after leaving school, and for the past 4 years she worked as a Property Repair and Maintenance Coordinator in both private renting and social housing.

In her previous roles, Lucy was dealing with local authorities, tenants, landlords, property developers, contractors and suppliers and now she is excited to bring all her valuable experience to a new chapter in her career, here at Absolute.

She studied Art & Design throughout school and had a lifelong passion for property and interiors, so at the start of this year she began studying for a certification in Interior Design with a future goal of becoming an interior designer.

We took some time to explore Lucy’s background and her motivation to join Absolute.

Why did you choose Absolute?

Working with Absolute gives me an amazing opportunity to immerse myself in the interiors world whilst I carry out my studies and see each step of the process from consultation to completion in both front and back of house, gaining invaluable experience.

What part of your new role you enjoy the most?

Customer support makes up the other part of my duel role, building relationships with existing clients, keeping them updated on what we are doing here at Absolute and being on hand for any questions or queries.

I have worked customer facing roles since age 16 and thoroughly enjoy working with people, getting to know them and I am always happy to help with anything clients may need.

What do you want to learn moving forwards?

First of all, I would like to learn more about our clients and the projects we have worked on in the past, as this will enable me to collect data and find ways to improve the service we provide to our clients.

I am also really looking forward to engage with clients, old and new, to learn more about how working with us has changed their business or the way they work.

I will also be finding out how the pandemic has affected our clients so we can make sure we provide the best service possible in these new times.

What do you enjoy the most on a day to day basis ?

I enjoy problem solving and being organized, and my studies allow me extra insight to support my role as project administrator.
