RDC Aviation is a forward-thinking business that isn’t afraid to challenge workplace norms in order to improve its workspace, productivity and company culture. After a period of rapid growth, RDC acquired a fantastic new space in central Nottingham, able to to facilitate its growing team and future growth plans. We were delighted to be chosen as RDC's design and build partner, and we worked closely with the team to develop a creative, contemporary and branded scheme for the new office space. The agile nature of their new workspace encourages the team to work differently and spend time away from their desks in a collaborative environment. Fun features, such as the departure board, are an ode to the nature of the business, and breakout spaces such as the games area have transformed the space into a sociable hub for employees to enjoy spending time in.
