ACI Group Welcomes Jayne Crampton as Workplace Director
ACI Group is pleased to announce that Jayne Crampton has been appointed as Workplace Director after her 3 months review, signalling a new phase in the evolution of our Design & Build business.
We are thrilled to announce that Jayne Crampton has joined ACI Group as Workplace Director.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the Commercial Office Design & Build Market, Jayne has worked on a huge variety of projects of varying sizes, valued in total at over £35m.
Having worked with wonderful clients designing and building over 1 million sq ft of space, Jayne has delivered amazing projects for big names such as BT, West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester Police, Sky Betting & Gaming, ARUP, JTI, Swinton Insurance and Eversheds Sutherland, to name just a few and has helped to transform the working lives of thousands of people and support cultural change within many of these businesses.
Jayne has a wealth of experience including a strong commercial awareness and a great understanding of building solid client relationships and her broad perspective is to push the ACI Group to even greater heights in designing unique, people focused workspaces that deliver supportive working environments.
“I believe that nurturing early engagement with a client drives not only a better understanding and translation of a client`s culture and brief, but enables a more strategic, united and truthful workplace design”, she explains.
Jayne is hugely passionate about how our environment impacts our wellbeing and our psyche and we forecast that all our future projects will be based on the WELL Standards to design even more sustainable workspaces that support and benefit both our clients and their employees.
The new Workplace Director has big plans for the company, starting with a brand refresh and moving forwards to even more innovative projects for our clients.
When asked how her first months were like along the ACI Group, Jayne stated:

With a new lease of life, the passionately connected, truly trusted and personal value I feel and receive is phenomenal.”
Since she is with us, Jayne has learned to love orange a little bit more than the first time she stepped into our ACI HQ, but when talking about the future of our brand, she confesses:
“ The future’s very bright! But slightly less orange.”
When asked what she loves more about ACI Group, Jayne replied :
“Employee value is measured in feelings and loyalty, not square feet and project worth”.
