Marshall's Mill will reflect changing office market

Igloo Regeneration have appointed Absolute to a major refurbishment of it's Grade II listed building Marshall's Mill in Holbeck Urban Village, Leeds. The newly renovated Mill will reflect the changing office market, creating a range of offices to include some smaller suites from 1,000 square foot.

Phase one of the refurbishment, which includes a full interior re-fit of three of the building's six floors is underway.  Absolute have been working closely alongside the architects, Chetwoods and Jones Hargreaves to design the final specification for the building which includes the infrastructure of the building as well as the fit-out itself.

Phil Brown, Director of Absolute, commented "we are delighted to have won this major contract after the onerous tendering and consultative process. The development plays to our strengths , offering a sympathetic blend of historic listed building and modern design, undertaken in line with Igloo's sustainability policy, FootprintR."
